Shipping Information

We ship anywhere in the United States from Virginia Beach, VA.  Since each item is handmade, please allow 3-4 weeks to ship (unless notified otherwise). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your bag’s trip to it’s new home!

Warranty

We offer a lifetime warranty on all hand stitched leather products. This means that for the life of your product, you can rest easy knowing that your stitching is covered. If it breaks (which it likely never will) simply send it back and we will restitch the product! The customer is responsible for any shipping costs. 

Returns & Refunds

We always want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we accept returns within 10 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Any items that are returned must be unworn and in original packaging. Custom orders are final sale as it is not meant for anyone but you.

If you’d like to return something, just send us an email. We’ll give you a return authorization, and once received and inspected, we will credit for the product only.  Shipping will not be refunded. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be removed from the refund total. You are responsible for return shipping.  We recommend shipping returns with a tracking number and insurance as the items are owned by you until received by us. Return items must be in original packaging.
